Questions

Propane or natural gas?
Both are available. Choose the gas type in the options above to match your supply. Propane runs from a tank; natural gas connects to your home’s gas line.
Who installs it?
A licensed gas technician should connect the gas supply and check for leaks before first use.
Will the concrete look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handcrafted, so color and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of the character of GFRC.
How does it ship?
Free, uPS Ground or FedEx Ground (about 5 days). Orders ship within 0–24 hours on business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
What if it’s not right for me?
Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping, or arrange a freight pickup for large items.
