- Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
- Billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: the products you buy, amounts and order history.
- Messages you send us, including return and warranty requests and the photos or videos you attach.
Payment information
Payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and how you reached the site.
- If you arrive from a Google ad, the ad click identifier, which we save with your order to measure our advertising.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.
3.How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To communicate about your order, returns or warranty claims.
- If a payment doesn’t go through, to send you a link that restores your order so you can complete it.
- To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.

5.Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, including Google’s advertising tags. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are not tracked for advertising unless they consent.

6.How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, legal and warranty purposes. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for.

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, payments are handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8.Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing contact@outdoorgrillz.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights, including opting out of targeted advertising. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9.Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
