Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model, and each product page lists the warranty for that product.

Manufacturer warranty coverage
The products we sell, from Amantii, American Fyre Designs, Blackstone, Blaze, Coyote Outdoor Living, Dimplex, ElectriChef, Fire Magic, Fire Sense, Kenyon, KoKoMo Grills, Masterbuilt, Meco Americana Grills, Modern Flames, Napoleon, Prism Hardscapes, SimpliFire, Touchstone and Warming Trends, are covered by the warranty their manufacturer provides. The length and terms are set by each manufacturer and differ by brand and model, so please check the product page for the warranty that applies to your product.
What warranties usually cover
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They generally do not cover:
- damage from installation or use that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- misuse, modification or accidental damage
- normal wear and tear, such as discoloration of cooking surfaces
- damage from use that breaks local, building or HOA rules
The manufacturer’s own terms always decide what is covered.
How we help with your claim
OutdoorGrillz is not the manufacturer, but we make sure you don’t have to handle a claim on your own. Contact us first and we help you start the claim with the manufacturer, or tell you exactly how to proceed for your specific product.
How to start a claim

- The manufacturer resolves itThe manufacturer decides the remedy, such as replacement parts or a repair, under its warranty terms.
Within 30 days of delivery
If something isn’t right within 30 days of delivery, you can also return it for a full refund under our refund and returns policy, with free return shipping.
Keeping your warranty valid
- Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- Install and use the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Register the product with the manufacturer if it offers registration.
