Free shipping on every order
Every order to an address in the United States ships free. There are no shipping charges, freight surcharges or handling fees added at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
- You place your orderYou receive an order confirmation email straight away.
- We process it within 0–24 hoursOrders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
- Your tracking arrives by emailYou receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our order tracking page.
- Delivery in 2–5 business daysMost orders arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.
Large and freight items
Large or oversized items, such as heavy propane fire tables, large electric fireplaces, built-in grills and outdoor kitchen components, may ship by freight and can take a few extra days. The carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery.
- Keep a clear, accessible spot for the delivery.
- Check the packaging when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Delays, damage and delivery problems
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us right away at contact@outdoorgrillz.com with your order number. We resolve it with the carrier, and damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as described in our refund and returns policy.
