Many buildings and HOAs that don’t allow gas or charcoal do allow electric grills, but rules vary. Please check with your building management or HOA before you buy.

No. Electric fireplaces need no venting, chimney or gas line. Most run on a standard 120V outlet or are hardwired to a 120V or 240V circuit; the voltage, wiring and heating area are listed on every product page.

Yes. On most models the flame effect runs on its own, so you can enjoy the fire all year without the heater.

Choose the gas type in the product options to match your supply. Propane models run from a tank (many tables have a hidden tank compartment); natural gas models connect to a gas line. Gas fire features must be installed by a licensed gas technician. Not sure? Call us before you order.

Yes. They are made from glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) for outdoor use. Each piece is handcrafted, so color and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. A cover helps protect it when not in use.

Check the fuel type in the product name and options, such as propane or natural gas, and choose the version that matches your supply. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States.

Orders are processed within 0–24 hours on business days and usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Large or oversized items that ship by freight can take a few extra days, and the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery.

Most fire pits, fire bowls and electric fireplaces ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (about 5 days). Heavy propane fire tables ship by expedited LTL freight, and the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Shipping is always free. See our shipping policy.

You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also use our track your order page.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our refund and returns policy.

We do. We send a prepaid return label, or arrange a freight pickup for large items.

Usually within 5 business days after your return arrives and is inspected. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link on supported devices. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
