We send you a prepaid return label, or arrange a freight pickup for large items, at no cost to you.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused or lightly tested, clean, and with all parts and accessories included, ideally in the original packaging. We inspect every return when it arrives.
How to return an item

- Get your instructions and labelWe send return instructions and a prepaid return label, or arrange a freight pickup for large items.
- Pack the item securelyInclude every part and accessory, ideally in the original packaging.
- Receive your refundOnce your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method.
Refund timing
After your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to post it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@outdoorgrillz.com, with photos. We send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Problems after 30 days
After the return window, defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. See our warranty page for how we help you start a claim.
